A Night at the Drive-In

Come join the Summer Sweat Series in our parking lot on the giant Fitness Turf with Certified Trainers . That's right, we are bringing the fitness party outside!!
Starting July 14th and running through the summer, we will have the following class options for you in a socially distant safe outdoor environment. All Class are free but do require preregistration.
Tuesday- July: 14th 6:30 pm -Self Defense Class, 28th 6:30pm Xtreme Hip Hop
Wednesday- July: 15th,, 22nd, 29th 9am Revenge Body Boot Camp
Saturday- July: 11th, 18th, 25th 9am Hip Hop Step
Monday-July: 20th 9am Yoga, 27th 9am Senior Stretch Class
Monday- August: 9am 17th, 24th, Boot Camp
Tuesday -August 18th 6:30pm, Xtreme Hip Hop
Wednesday August: 9am 5th Boot Camp, 12th Boot Camp, 19th Yoga, 26th Senior stretch class
Thursday-August: 6:30pm 6th Self defense, 13th self defense
Saturday-August 8th 9am Bend and Brew, 9am 15th Hip Hop Step, 29th 9am Hip Hop Step
Please register before hand to ensure a spot:
Please note: It is required that you bring your own mat, small towel and water to each class. Please wear your mask while not on the mat or working out, and be sure to use the sanitizer and wipes that will be provided for you before and after each class! Do your part in keeping everyone safe so we can all continue to sweat it out together!
